At Serendipity Supplies, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. We do not profit from deliveries — our goal is simply to get your products to you at the lowest possible cost.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or for large wholesale orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) based on your location and order size. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free Shipping Thresholds:
- 🚚 New Jersey: Free shipping on orders over $650
- 🚚 New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia & the DMV area: Free shipping on orders over $1,000
- 🚚 Larger orders across the USA: We'll work with you personally to find the best low-cost shipping solution. Contact us before placing your order and we'll coordinate a plan that works for you.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
